Acceptance

By using this site or applying to the affiliate programme you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Affiliate applications are reviewed and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activity is lawful in every territory you target.

Commissions and Payments

Commission rates, deal structures (revenue share, CPA, hybrid), qualifying criteria, and payment schedules are set out in your individual affiliate agreement. Advertised rates of up to 40% apply to selected brands and are subject to the terms of that agreement.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions arising from fraudulent, bonus-abusing, self-referred, or otherwise non-genuine player activity.

Marketing Conduct

You may not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding on our brand terms without written permission, incentivised traffic, or any material targeting minors or self-excluded players.

All marketing must include responsible gambling messaging and comply with the advertising rules of the territories you operate in.

Intellectual Property

Brand assets provided through the Media Gallery remain our property and are licensed to you solely for promoting the programme. This licence ends when your participation ends.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship in accordance with the affiliate agreement. We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Liability

The site and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or participation in the programme.
